ENROLLMENT
We provide full-time childcare services on a year around basis for children 18 months to PreK and a part-time Preschool/PreK program for children 3 - 5 years of age. Our part-time Preschool/PreK and our before and after school programs run from early August through early June; and follows the Clarksville -Montgomery County school calendar as best as possible.
In the summer months we offer a full-time summer camp for our K-5th grade children. We accept new applicants on a year around basis for our full-time and before/after school programs.
Should there be no availably for your child, you will be placed on our waiting list based on date of visit. Families are notified once we have availability for placement. Enrollment priority is given to siblings of children already attending.
Please stop by our office for a tour and fill out an inquiry card. Classroom tours are given between 0830 am -1030 am and 300 pm - 430 pm only, unless an appointment is made.
TUITION AND FEES
Tuition fees vary based on age group and care required. All fees are due on the first Monday of each week. Tuition received after the due date may be subject to a late fee.
In addition to tuition, there is an annual registration fee payable on the first day of school, which covers school supplies and enrichment activities for the year.
The Settlement DOES NOT participate in any state or federal voucher program.
