We have great news for our families! The Settlement is happy to announce that we will have open enrollment for our 2012-2013 full-time Kindergarten program starting March 26th. This will be our third year of having a full-time Kindergarten class. The class will follow the Clarksville-Montgomery Country school calendar. In the coming weeks, we will provide additional and updated documents/information for our interested parents.
FEES:
Enrollment Fee: There is a $350 registration fee that reserves your child's place in class. Also, this fee covers all books, meals and supplies throughout the school year. The registration fee is due no later than June 1, 2011. Earlier the better, for we have a limited number of seats.
Annual Tuition: Annual tuition is $ 5800. There are four options for payment:
Option 1: 100% paid in full by August 1, 2012
Option 2: Pay half on August 1, 2012 and half on January 1, 2013.
Option 3: Ten (10) monthly installments of $580 by automatic bank draft on either the 1st or 15th of each month (your choice) beginning August 6, 2012 and ending on May 1, 2013.

Option 4: Forty-two (42) weekly installments of $ 145.
Before and After School Care: There is no cost, it is part of the Kindergarten program fee.
Additional Care Fees: There will be a $15 drop in fee per day for holidays that are not on the Settlement calendar (MLK day, President’s Day, Veterans’ Day, Wednesday before Thanksgiving). This is also to include any inclement weather days (snow day) and teacher in-service days.
During the two weeks that the Clarksville-Montgomery School system is closed for fall & spring break, we will provide care as part of the Kindergarten program, at NO additional cost.
